Become a Texas Cares Rx Navigator
The Texas Cares Rx program works with organizations
who provide services in Texas and have staff or volunteers who
will serve as Texas Cares Rx volunteer Navigators.
Note: The Texas Cares Rx program is not working with individuals who are not affiliated with a registered organization at this time.

What does a Texas Cares Rx Navigator do?
Navigators volunteer to assist a client or community member in accessing patient assistance programs (PAPs) which offer prescription medications at no-cost or low-cost.
Who can become a Navigator?
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Be a staff member or volunteer at a registered organization.
How do I become a Texas Cares Rx Navigator?
- Complete a background check.
- Sign required user agreements.
- Complete Texas Cares Rx training sessions.
